1. Overview

This website is operated by GRPShop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GRPShop. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately; however, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

GRPShop operates a third-party fulfilment model. Orders may be dispatched directly from our suppliers or manufacturers.

Delivery is carried out by independent third-party couriers. Once goods have been dispatched, GRPShop does not control the delivery process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery access is suitable and safe. Any restrictions must be communicated in advance.

5. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of goods passes to the customer only once full payment has been received.

6. Inspection & Claims

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any damage, shortages, or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence where possible.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRPShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, project delays, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from the supply of goods shall be limited to the value of the order in question.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from the actions, omissions, or conduct of third-party suppliers or couriers.

8. Delivery & Property Damage

GRPShop shall not be liable for any damage to property, vehicles, driveways, or surrounding areas arising during delivery.

Any such claims must be directed to the relevant courier or delivery provider responsible for the delivery.

9. Use of Products

Products supplied by GRPShop are intended for use in accordance with manufacturer instructions and by suitably competent or qualified persons where applicable.

We accept no liability for:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Use outside of intended applications

  • Failure to follow manufacturer guidance

10. Trade & Professional Use

Many products sold by GRPShop are intended for trade or professional use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights available to consumers under UK law.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of certain products, some items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, transport disruptions, or supplier delays.
