Shipping Policy

1. Order Fulfilment

GRPShop operates a third-party fulfilment model. This means that, in most cases, orders are processed and dispatched directly from our approved suppliers or manufacturers.

While we carefully select and work with trusted partners, GRPShop does not directly handle or transport goods once they have been dispatched from the supplier.


2. Delivery Partners

Deliveries are carried out by independent third-party couriers engaged by our suppliers.

These couriers operate independently of GRPShop. As such, GRPShop cannot control or guarantee:

  • Specific delivery times or time slots

  • The behaviour or actions of delivery personnel

  • The manner in which vehicles are operated or parked at delivery locations


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier processing times

  • Courier capacity and routing

  • Traffic, weather, or external factors outside our control

GRPShop shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from delivery delays.


4. Access & Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery address is accurate and accessible

  • There is adequate and safe access for delivery vehicles

  • Any site-specific restrictions (e.g. narrow roads, weight limits, restricted access) are clearly communicated in advance

If access is not suitable and delivery cannot be completed, additional charges may apply for redelivery.


5. Damage to Property or Vehicles

GRPShop does not accept liability for any damage to property, vehicles, driveways, or surrounding areas arising from delivery.

Any such incidents are the responsibility of the independent courier or delivery provider, and any claims must be pursued directly with the relevant courier company or supplier.


6. Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any visible damage or shortages within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs where possible.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist with claims.


7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Charges

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Customer absence

  • Restricted or unsafe access

Additional delivery charges may be incurred and will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Large or Specialist Deliveries

Some items may require:

  • Kerbside delivery only

  • Manual offloading assistance

  • Mechanical unloading (e.g. forklift)

Customers must ensure appropriate arrangements are in place where required. GRPShop and its suppliers are not responsible for offloading beyond standard courier terms.
